Describe your college experience

My transition to college was difficult moving so far away from home but pushing myself out of my comfort zone has helped me grow so much! I love it here!

Tip for future students

One of the best parts about going to a big school is all of the resources! Take advantage!! Use the Rec and Wellness center (fitness classes, nutrition coaching, pool and hot tub, full gym, bike shop, rentals), The Career Center (set yourself up for success), the library (tutoring, writing center, VR headsets, and SO MUCH more!) GET INVOLVED! There is SO MUCH to do on and off campus. I volunteer off campus, and have participated in so many different clubs/organizations that you might be interested in. I'd love to make some recommendations of what I think might be a good fit for you! Learn how to use Tiger Transit & check your email daily! You're going to love it here :)

Favorite class

I took a Study and Travel class through Auburn Honors College where we met once a week for class and then spent 10 days abroad in Italy. I got so close with everyone on the trip and seeing Italy was INCREDIBLE. By far my favorite class ever!

Career goals

I plan to move to a big city and work in Corporate America for a while before moving to a suburb to settle down!

Ideal way to spend a free night

Hanging out with friends! We love to try new restaurants, see movies, find new parks to walk in, and have family dinners!

Seeing Auburn with Maria and through her eyes made a huge difference for us: she’s kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and highly relatable. We’ve learnt so much in just a short time. Highly recommend booking two hours if you can.
