Describe your college experience
My first year at UCSD I was very nervous which made me become introverted, but as soon as I started getting more comfortable on campus; I realized that I made the best decision choosing this school. As a second year I am so sad that the year has gone by so fast but I am able to say this has been my best and most favorite year yet.
Tip for future students
When I first started here at UCSD it was very intimidating because everyone is so academically focused that they forgot to make friends. But as time goes on, you find people who remind you of your friends from back home which brings you comfort and that feeling of belonging. There is at least one person out there who is going to need you like you need them.
Favorite class
My favorite class would have to be TDGE 11 which is a film class. I would say it's my favorite because for my final I had to film a 3 minute video on what paradise meant to me. This was really fun and excited because it taught me a lot of short film projects and how much effort are put into them.
Career goals
After college I hope to join the Navy, go to medical school, ad become an OBGYN!
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is to grab dinner with friends, grab desert, come home and have me time. I love to color during my free time so definitely putting in a movie and coloring to end the night would be ideal!
