Boston College
Student Athlete at Boston College
I am a student athlete BC. I am also the President of the Out for Business Club, which helps connect LGBTQ+ students with each other and internship opportunities. Many club members move on to work at Deloitte, KMPG, and other consulting firms! I am also a member of the radio station, WZBC, which is one of the nation's most well known college radio stations. I also volunteer at a clinic for homeless people and tutor English.

Describe your college experience
I came into BC very nervous that I might not fit in, but through joining clubs and meeting people in my classes, I have found an amazing group of people that I will be friends with for life. While I came from a boarding school with high levels of self reliance and independence, I still had to adapt to increased amounts of free time and less guidance.
Tip for future students
Join as many clubs as you can, as long as they seem interesting, and go to them! You don't to keep going to them, but you should go and talk to people! Also, take classes outside our major and talk to people in your classes.
Favorite class
BC's core class- Philosophy of the Person. It changed my perspective on life and my career trajectory interests. Also, I had the coolest, quirkiest, most quintessential college professor ever.
Career goals
I am hoping to work in international development or consulting.
Ideal way to spend a free night
