Describe your college experience
The transition to college was not easy but I LOVE GW. I know the school very well, I know its flaws and where it exceeds. My mom moved from Seattle to Maryland when I did so the DMV is home more than just during the school year.
Tip for future students
When choosing a school, if I knew about all of the experiences I would have at GW I would've committed earlier. I also wish that I knew about the social dynamics and that high school drama wouldn't disappear overnight. It takes a while to find the right people but when you do, they're gonna be incredible.
Favorite class
I loved my Intro to American Politics class. I am at GW to study political science and learning about the foundation of our country is fascinating to me. Every class would start with recent news and my professor would talk about how crazy stuff happened and it happened around the block. Being in DC studying politics is the greatest experience of my life.
Career goals
I hope to go into Urban Planning or Environmental Conservation. I would love to go work in a National Park on the policy side of things or move to New York City. I would also love to teach in some capacity.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I love spending time with my friends and going monumenting. A big experience at GW is going for night walks to the Lincoln Memorial, reflecting pool, and Washington Monument. It truly is an Only@GW experience.

Favorite spot on campus
I love Thurston Hall and Gelman Library. I spent my freshman year in Thurston and it truly became my home. The library, while ugly, saw me at my best and my worst. I love it and it's my go-to study spot
