Describe your college experience

I’ve absolutely loved it. Some people don’t like school. But at BYU, there’s a style of school that everyone can fall in love with. I strive to get really great grades, but what I love about college is the people and exposure you get to the real world. I love how kind and thoughtful everyone is. People want to help you at BYU! Genuinely loved being here. From the type of students here to the professors to the sports games to places to study to the school-wide events, I can’t say enough great things about it!

Tip for future students

I wish I knew how important it is to schedule out your time. College can be demanding, so it’s important to stay on top of your school work. Also, there are SO many opportunities that BYU gives you to learn, grow, and make friends, so I wish I would’ve taken those opportunities earlier in my college career.

Favorite class

Executive Lecture Series with Ryan Smith. I love the exposure you get to extremely successful people at BYU! The opportunities are endless. This class is just one of them!

Career goals

I’m going to be a merchant (buyer role) at Walmart Headquarters in Bentonville, AR! I plan to climb the corporate ladder and help others find their dream job.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I love to go grab dinner with friends or my wife, go play pickleball or basketball, and then go to a BYU football or basketball game! I love being out of the house and being with great people.

High school or secondary school

Favorite spot on campus

There’s honestly so many places to go but my favorite is the JFSB building 2nd floor in the museum part of the building. There’s a bench that overlooks BYU campus and has a mountain backdrop. I love how beautiful the campus is and how many places there are to find a place to study in any environment you want!
