Hey! My name’s Corbin - I’m a freshman at BYU living on campus here in Provo! I’m studying Business and am discovering new things to love about BYU and Provo every day. Day to day when I’m not studying you can bet I’ll be running some intramural Ultimate Frisbee, Basketball, or taking advantage of BYU’s other awesome athletic facilities with my roommates and buddies. Even though I never imagined I would be a student here, I’d love to show you all the parts of BYU that have made it special to me and taught me what a privilege it is to come learn by study and by faith and go forth and serve!

Describe your college experience
College has been incredible! I have loved just how engaged I’m able to be in so many things. I’ve spent so much time meeting new people and hanging out with those people. I’ve also had a unique look at athletics and sports as I’ve been part of the special events staff at all the home football games here. BYU is awesome!!
Tip for future students
Be ready to work hard, but make sure to set aside time to get involved in all sorts of things! Especially clubs/organizations, doing service, and going to football games!!
Favorite class
My favorite has been Men’s Chorus! I get to be a part of one of BYU’s top choirs and have a class period almost every day to rehearse awesome music and get training from professionals in Vocal technique and performance.
Career goals
Most importantly I want to be able to serve people around me with whatever I do. My future family and community will be uplifted as I pursue my career goals of being in the business world in a leadership/management position
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is to go spend time with people and go on adventures! There’s so many things to do in Provo and so many people to do things with. I would particularly try to do things like attending events/concerts on campus, go hiking in the nearby Rockies, or walk around campus and find something random to get involved in!

Favorite spot on campus
My favorite spot on campus is the Wilkinson Student Center!! There’s so much going on, so many places to study, and events going on there constantly for students and clubs. So many awesome ways to get involved
