Describe your college experience
Transitioning to UC San Diego from Los Angeles was both exciting and challenging, but I quickly found my place through classes, campus events, and meeting new people. Being in Business Economics has pushed me to think critically and stay motivated, while also giving me opportunities to grow personally. Overall, UCSD has been a supportive and inspiring environment where I’ve been able to thrive academically and socially.
Tip for future students
Get involved early—it makes a huge difference. Join a club, attend events, or try something new right away. UCSD can feel big at first, but once you find your community, it feels like home. Also, don’t be afraid to ask for help—professors and classmates are more supportive than you might expect.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been surprisingly a GE, Theatre design. Here I met some close friends and had a fun time doing something that isn't major related.
Career goals
I hope to become an analyst after college, and it would be amazing to combine that career path with my passion for tennis, whether by working in sports analytics or for a company within the sports industry.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal night off is relaxing with friends, playing guitar, or catching a good tennis match on TV. I also love discovering new music or just unwinding with a favorite show.
