I’ve been involved in the UW Tennis Club and have experience supporting student communities through past leadership roles in Greek life. I also work as a youth STEM workshop instructor with Kodely, which has strengthened my communication, organization, and people‑focused skills. I’m planning to join more campus organizations next year as I continue exploring Communication and Education.

Describe your college experience
My transition to UW had its ups and downs, but I’ve grown a lot academically and personally. I learned how to balance a busy schedule, build community in a big school, and find spaces on campus that feel like home. UW has given me stability, opportunities, and a chance to explore who I want to become.
Tip for future students
Don’t try to fit into every space — find the ones that feel right for you. UW is huge, but once you discover your people, your routines, and your favorite corners of campus, it becomes a place where you can really thrive.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been COM 220 because it pushed me to grow as a public speaker and communicator. It helped me build confidence, learn how to structure messages clearly, and express myself in a way that feels authentic.
Career goals
I hope to work in education, youth development, or communication-based roles that support students and families. I’m also exploring pathways like school psychology or working for myself.
Ideal way to spend a free night
A cozy night in with good food, a walk around campus or the Ave, or hanging out with friends somewhere low‑key.
