As a first-generation student, it was a bit hard to adjust to college but once I found a community and put myself out there it became amazing, even challenging myself in ways that I never thought were possible.

Learn how to budget and learn how to be charismatic and be able to speak to all types of people.

My gender, race, and sexuality class is my favorite because it allows me to connect current global issues to readings and ideas I had never considered.
