Describe your college experience
I received my bachelors degree in Cinema and Media Studies in 2024 from Carleton College. After finishing my undergraduate experience, I took a year to work at film festivals like HIFF, NewFest, and Tribeca before applying to begin my Master's Degree at UCLA.
Tip for future students
If you like getting around on the scooters you find around campus, consider buying your own instead. It is much more worth it in the long run.

Favorite spot on campus
The North Campus sculpture garden is one of the best places to hang out and read. Plenty of folks bring their dogs to come play so there is a great mix of relaxation and fun.

Adam was absolutely wonderful. They guided us with such kindness and patience, and we had a truly wonderful time. We learned so much about UCLA — how much history the campus holds, and what it’s like to spend your days surrounded by such inspiring, motivated people. And we are especially grateful for how warmly Adam treated our son. I’m certain it left a real impression on him and gave him something to aim for. Thank you, Adam. This was a highlight of our trip, and we won’t forget it. Highly recommended!
