Hi, I'm Spencer! I am currently a sophomore at BYU, but this is only my second semester. I am a transfer student from a very small university in southern Virginia. I have loved my time at BYU so far, and it has been a much different and more uplifting experince compared to my previous university. I take mostly morning classes and spend my afternoons working and studying. My favorite part of my day is the evenings I spend with. my wife. You can often find us together studying on campus or eating some good food. I would love the privilege of showing you around the campus that I love and helping you get connected and find your home here!

Describe your college experience

My college experience has been incredible. There are things that I have had to work with adminstration with to get correct, but poeple have always been kind and understanding. The workload can be difficult at times but always manageable.

Tip for future students

Be open and excited. The more people you meet and the more connections you make, the happier and better off you will be.

Favorite class

My favorite classes have been those associated with my major. I find the workload more enjoyable and the professors more engaging and dedicated.

Career goals

I hope to be a facility manager for a large company such as Hilton.

There are so many good spots. I particularly enjoy the seating area in the Wilkenson Center because it is close to food, and I find it a good place to study.
