Hi! I’m Aiyana, a sophomore Educational studies major, who loves people and laughing all the time. I chose a small liberal arts school knowing not a single person and ultimately found a forever family. On a normal day you’ll see me playing Banagrams in the on campus coffee shop, dancing in the studio with my closest friends and taking way to many brain breaks when studying. I am happy to talk about anything and everything college. I also love talking about my school because college has truly been one of the best experiences of my life. Describe your college experience

I have had access to unmatched opportunities and my institution has been extremely supportive in the transition from high school to college. I have met some of my best friends in college and couldn’t imagine my life not having attended my institution.

Trust the process.College is a learning experience, so embrace the change and trust yourself and your decision making. It’s okay to mess up, it just matters what you do after.

Educational Psychology! The professor was extremely engaging and the content had real life implications.

I hope to work in higher education administration.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I am a very go with the flow type of person, so I’m down for anything. Whether that means staying in, going out, wherever my friends are is where I want to be. I love a game night or a dinner out.

Favorite spot on campus

My favorite place on campus is the College Student Union because it’s a one stop shop for everything I need. There is dining options, study spaces, resources and best of all I run into all of my friends there.
