Outdoorsy Graduate student studying Cell Biology
Hello! I am Sophia and I am a graduate student in the Gene Therapy and vaccines program. I have moved a couple of times from various schools (including one in Canada!) to Penn without knowing anyone and am familiar with how daunting the task can be. I learned to be able to develop a strong social network and now I have friends spread throughout North America. I have enjoyed my time at Penn so far and can say that the people and community here are top notch. I know the quiet spots to study and the best food recommendations around the city. Philly has so much to offer and I would be excited to share my personal favorite parts of it with guests!
