Describe your college experience
Going into college I was very nervous for many reasons such as making new friends, living in a new environment and new academic experiences as well but as my journey has progressed I have become more confident and comfortable in my college career, I have a lot of support from family, friends, and staff. I also enjoy the environment that Carolina provides it host events for students to really motivate students which I truly appreciate.
Tip for future students
When choosing a dorm make sure that it is where you want to be on campus, learn the bus routes as well as the schedule. Find a compatible roommate living with a new person can be scary but if you are compatible it can truly help your college experience, go to class as much as possible and if you are not able to go to class submit a formal excuse it can truly make a difference. Freshman year can be scary but know that there are always people to help you and never feel afraid to reach out.
Favorite class
I loved University 101, it helped me adjust to college but also gave me good advice on real issues I might face in college outside of academics and it was in small groups so it felt more personal.
Career goals
I hope to go to Law school one day and study international and comparative law.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I love to hang out with friends and either get something to eat or even stay in and watch tv with some sweet treats, or even go for a late night drive.
