Hi! I’m Blake, I just finished my freshmen year at the University of Arkansas studying business. I grew up in Fayetteville, so I know both the campus and the community really well! I’m passionate about helping new students feel at home on campus and love sharing what makes the Razorback experience so special! I have taken both honors and non-honors courses, so I know how most classes here work!

Describe your college experience

Coming into college, I was excited but nervous. Luckily, the University of Arkansas made the transition easy with supportive professors, great campus resources, and a welcoming community. Joining Greek life helped me make friends quickly and feel part of something bigger.

Tip for future students

Get involved early! Whether it’s Greek life, clubs, or campus events, putting yourself out there is the best way to meet people and make college fun and fulfilling. Also, don’t be afraid to ask for help—there are so many people here who want you to succeed.

Favorite class

My favorite class has been freshman business connections because every week we learned something new and important to the business world.

Career goals

I do not exactly know what I want to do after my time here, but that is why I am in these classes to find what I will be doing.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I am a huge Arkasnas sports fan so I go to as many games for any sport that I can. I also love hanging out with friends and being around my fraternity brothers.
