Jazz Band, Campus Band, I also wish to join Royal Encounters and maybe hopefully get into the Spartan Brass. I attended the Spring Showcase and had the opportunity to meet a bunch of the SMB members, which was truly an incredible experience.

Describe your college experience

I have been on many campus tours, and have just been on campus so many times, whether it was for a tour or a welcome event for incoming students. Campus is absolutely beautiful, and everyone has been so nice throughout this whole process. The tour guides are always so friendly, and everyone on campus is just so welcoming. MSU already feels like a second home to me, it feels like a safe space.

Tip for future students

I am currently an incoming student, so I am still learning the ropes myself. But I would tell people to go and meet your roommate and get to know them before you move in. Join your school group chat if it has one, and just get to know the people you are going to be around. So that way when you do move in and get to campus, you already have a bubble of people and you aren't alone. To me, there is nothing scarier than moving away from home or going somewhere new and not having anyone to go to, or to learn together.

Favorite class

Music has always been my favorite class. Music was my motivation throughout school. I loved marching, being outdoors and exercising while doing something I love.

Career goals

I am hoping to become a music lawyer, and I also car host for the Steam Railroading Institute back at home, so I would like to keep doing that, being involved with the railroad and being a lawyer. I would also like to go to Disney, which I know is kind of random, but I have always been a Disney girl and I hope to get friends there:)

Ideal way to spend a free night

Honestly, I would spend my free time either watching a show​/​movie, reading a book, or spending time with my friends and just hanging out. I am such a people person and a traveler. I always enjoy being around people. I also enjoy listening to music in my free time.

Favorite spot on campus

I really enjoy being by Spartan Stadium because it reminds me of listening to the marching band and it reminds me of my marching band days. I also enjoy being by the practice field or the music building because I enjoy listening to the practices. I also enjoy the Union because it is also so quiet and peaceful..It would make a great study space.
