Starting university can be challenging, but over the years I have developed a great school-life balance that has allowed me to push through the challenge of school while also enjoying the beautiful and fun city of San Diego!
Tip for future students
Do something that scares you everyday. Once you get into the routine of university, staying comfortable becomes easy. True growth comes from putting yourself out there and taking advantage of all resources offered!
Favorite class
Organic Chemistry! It was the first class that I made a true connection with the professor. It was also a class I was determined to do well in, so I really pushed myself and learned a lot about myself through that process.
Career goals
I want to go to medical school.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I would love to visit downtown La Jolla near the coves. The beaches there are so beautiful, with a wide variety of amazing restaurants, and cute shops to explore afterwards.
