Clemson University
I am a senior pre-veterinary student well-versed in campus life and activities.
I lived on campus freshman year, but have been off campus since then. I was a member of Thornhill Village/Calhoun Courts community government while living there and am a member of 4 clubs. I managed my time in college to complete studies with a 3.7 gpa, enjoy the many amenties of Clemson's campus, and work a job during college since freshman year.

Describe your college experience
My transition into college was smooth. I made a great group of friends within the first week after moving into my dorm an am still friends with many of them. I engaged in many activities offered, including tie-dye events, pumpkin carving, free ice cream, a free weekend ski trip to North Carolina, and much more. I also went to Tiger Prowl and found many clubs that I was interested in joining and discovered new activities to do around Clemson. I have maintained good grades, while making lasting memories with friends.
Tip for future students
Take active steps to make new friends, such as engaging in the community and joining clubs or organizations. Clemson has so many clubs, that you are bound to be interested in at least one. Make sure to put your studies above having fun, or else you will fail. I watched it happen to multiple people, which pushed me to do even better with my studies. The best thing is to build a support system! This is your new home, so get out there, get involved, and find your people.
Favorite class
My favaorite class has been Domestic Animal Anatomy and Physiology. This is because I learned so much in that class, that are the basics to becoming a veterinarian. It is such an interesting class, where we performed disections weekly, and our instructor genuinly cared about the subject and answered all questions.
Career goals
I plan to become a large animal veterinarian, and eventually a specialized Bovine veterinarian.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night was hanging out with my friends. Without friends, college would have been very difficult. We played video games, board games, and talked about anything and everything.

Previous college
Bridge Student - Tri-County Technical College As a bridge student, I had a slightly different freshman year experience than those admitted directly into Clemson University. Despite this, I still had an amazing freshman year and would do it again.
