Describe your college experience
As a incoming transfer student, I have loved every second of my college experience. Comparing here to other colleges, UO really cares and helps their students whenever possible. I have loved every moment whether that be participating in fall rush, college events, internship opportunities, or even being in my classes. UO really has a unique way of being able to connect students with other people. I would love to show you guys what its all about.
Tip for future students
Honestly the biggest tip for freshman's would be to join and participate in as much as possible. Even at my previous University I tried doing all sorts of things. Whether that be joining clubs, events, or participating in intramural sports. It allowed me to connect with others and be find my group. Here at the University of Oregon there is a ton of more stuff a student can participate in. So I highly recommend any student committed or interested in the University of Oregon should participate in the various clubs and events UO has to offer.
Favorite class
My favorite class right now is my German 101 language class. The teacher is from Munich, Germany but he helps out his students a ton. He's really helped me learn the German language, although I'm still new to it.
Career goals
I aspire to become a football coach, either in NCAA football or in the NFL. I am currently aiming to get my MBA (with a focus in sports business) and then my Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology. Both of these would allow me to obtain a GA position here at Oregon while also giving me the experience and knowledge in what I need to know about sports and athletes. I already have coaching experience after coaching high school football this past summer. So I look forward to this career and what it entails!
Ideal way to spend a free night
I love going out with friends! Whether that be a night out going shopping or even just going to a friends place for a social event.
