Describe your college experience

My college experience at UCF has been incredibly rewarding and has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I've become involved in research, student organizations, leadership roles, and cultural dance teams, which have allowed me to build meaningful friendships and develop skills outside the classroom. As a psychology student, I've also enjoyed exploring my interests through hands-on experiences and learning from passionate professors. Overall, UCF has given me countless opportunities to step outside my comfort zone, discover new passions, and prepare for my future career.

Tip for future students

Don't be afraid to put yourself out there! Join clubs, attend campus events, and introduce yourself to new people—you never know where those connections might lead. College goes by quickly, so take advantage of the opportunities UCF offers, ask for help when you need it, and remember that it's okay if you don't have everything figured out right away.

Favorite class

My favorite class has been my LEAD Scholars class because it challenged me to grow as both a student and a leader. It gave me the opportunity to build leadership skills, connect with other motivated students, and reflect on how I can make a positive impact on my campus and community.

Career goals

My career goal is to work in the mental health field, either as a clinical psychologist by earning a Psy.D. or as a Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry. I'm passionate about helping people improve their mental health and hope to make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal way to spend a free night is grabbing dinner with friends, trying a new coffee shop or dessert spot, or relaxing with a good movie or TV show.
