Hard working political science major looking to help those around him
I'm Jorgen and I'm from a small town in the middle of nowhere Utah. As an oldest brother I'm used to dealing with chaos but still having fun. I recently returned from my mission and am still looking to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Describe your college experience
Transitioning to college has not been difficult. I recently returned home from serving a full time mission. I had a few weeks at home and then straight to college. The community and culture here has been great and it has just felt like a natural shift to go to here from my mission.
Tip for future students
You won't be alone. There are so many people at college that you are guaranteed to find friends and people to hang out with (if you want). There's no need to stress about it because there is a place for everyone.
Favorite class
REL A 250: Christ and the Everlasting Gospel. BYU is well known for its religious classes. My professor is amazing. He not only teaches the content well, but he also does it in an entertaining and memorable fashion
Career goals
After graduating from BYU, I intend to work for the State Department. I love traveling, learning languages, and interacting with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds so I decided that I might as well do it for a job. I hope to return to my mission countries (Albania and Kosovo).
Ideal way to spend a free night
I like to spend a free night either of two ways. I either want to spend it playing games and hanging out with family and close friends or I want to find a nice peaceful spot to read my book.
High school or secondary school
Emery High School
Favorite spot on campus
There's a peaceful spot along the walk from my dorm to campus proper. Its a nice spot to hang out with friends or simply read a book. Its got some good sun and a water feature.
Meeting point
Joseph F. Smith Building Courtyard on the Brigham Young University campus
