Hello Sam I am currently a senior at Florida State University and I got the privilege to both play athletics as well as be in Greek life at Florida State University while being a finance major here looking to get my masters degree. I also am involved in student seminole boosters and other clubs that are on campus to help improve FSU as we are the best in the country!

Describe your college experience

My college experience I was able to get the best of both worlds,I was blessed to be able to play Division I golf here at Florida State. My first two years is a freshman and sophomore year. I was forced to retire due to injury, which led me to be able to join a fraternity called Sigma Phi Epsilon (Sig Ep) which is gave me over 300 new brothers to create many experiences that I will always be able to cherish and I highly recommend it. Also I’ve been able to join clubs like student Seminole boosters and become actively involved on campus as I believe lasting memories comes from joining organizations, clubs, and just groups of people where you can really get to find your group.

Tip for future students

More is less in college, the more you do the less you’ll find yourself questioning and wondering why I am not in the position I would like to be when I graduate.If you become inloved you will set yourself up for the future even if you don’t feel like it’s doing much even if joining a club isn’t exactly gonna get you a job in the future. It gives you the small talk and ability to talk to people and create great conversation which then translates into the real world.

Favorite class

GEB 1030 The professor, Mr. Jason Harle is one of the best people I will ever meet in my life as he comes in with such an intense enthusiasm that he makes you almost want to teach the class but all seriousness he has forever shifted my course through my career just because of the things he taught me as a young sophomore getting it just getting into the business school.

Career goals

My career goals would be to find a high-level paying private wealth management job out of college and serve as an analyst for a couple years until I understand the business and try to elevate my own business and work for myself.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My deal way to spend a free night is hanging out with a couple of my buddies either out and about around town or back up someone’s place just really talking about the newest hot topic and giving each other a little bit of trash talk.
