Hi Everyone! My name Parker and I am a Senior here at Florida State majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in Psychology. I love Florida State University and I am so passionate about sharing my love for this school with all current and potential FSU students. Describe your college experience

My transition to Florida State was the berst experience of my life. I have made so many friends and developed as a person so much while I have been here. I have also suceeded more than I ever thought I was capable of in my time here at FSU. This school has forever changed my life and I am so grateful for my time here.

Tip for future students

One tip I’d give future students is to get involved early! Whether it’s clubs, leadership roles, or volunteering, being engaged on campus helps you build connections and makes your experience more fulfilling.

Favorite class

Anatomy and Physiology or Microbiology have been my favorite classes because those are 2 topics that deeply interest me and I had amazing professors who taught me so much and made me fall in love with these subjects.

Career goals

After college I hope to go to become a Child Life Specialist.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal way to spend a free night is going to dinner with my friends or having movie nights with my roommates!

I transfered from Tallahassee State College after my first year. I had always wanted to attend Florida State University and when I was denied I decided going to TSC for a year was the best option for me to help me reach my goal of going to FSU.
