Hi everyone! My name is Megan, and I’m a senior at the University of Georgia studying Finance in the Terry College of Business. I’m originally from Savannah, Georgia, so coming to Athens for college was a really exciting change for me. During my time at UGA, I’ve gotten involved in several organizations and programs across campus, including University Judiciary, which has given me the opportunity to work closely with and serve the UGA community. I’ve also had the chance to study abroad at Oxford, which was one of my favorite experiences during college. Outside of academics, I love spending time with friends, going to the beach, sailing, baking, and exploring Athens. One of my favorite things about UGA is how there is truly something for everyone—from academics and student organizations to traditions, sports, and the Athens community. I’m excited to share my experience with you today and hopefully give you a glimpse of what makes UGA feel like home!
