Describe your college experience
It was an easy transition because of the mandatory Students in Transition course. The classes difficulty level were around the same I was used to at my previous school.
Tip for future students
I would say it’s best to familiarize yourself with the area. If you are someone who cooks a lot it is good to know where the nearest grocery store is. If you are someone who uses public transportation it is good to know where bus stops and the nearest train station is. Consider other factors than just academics.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been Introduction to Philosophy of Religion. Rutgers Philosophy department is one of the best in the nation. The professor was very experienced and educated on the topic. He helped the class to think critically and use strong reasoning. I learned a lot about the subject itself, while also learning the reasoning.
Career goals
Financial Consultant
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is to stay inside, either by myself or with friends. It’s easy for me to have a fun time at home.
High school or secondary school
Raritan High School
Previous college
Binghamton University
Favorite spot on campus
My favorite place on campus is the catholic center. Not many schools have its own religious centers. It is very peaceful and there are a lot of events that go on. It is a good support group and place to study.
