Driven business major dedicated to making the most of college experience

I’m Nate, and I love anything that gets me moving — sports, hiking, or just being active with friends. I’m also a driven business major with big goals. Starting college can feel overwhelming, but it gets easier fast. You’ll meet great people, learn a ton, and find your place quicker than you think.

Describe your college experience

College has allowed me to meet so many people and make great connections. I love the opportunity everyone has to find there passions and learn more about them. Attending college has helped me learn more about myself and who I can become.

Tip for future students

It is okay to put yourself out there. Discomfort can bring some of the sweetest and most rewarding experiences.

I loved accounting 200, because it taught me that with hard work and dedication you can succeed as a student. Concepts were sometimes difficult to understand, but as I effectively used the resources that BYU provided, I was able to overcome setbacks.
