Describe your college experience
Transitioning to college as an NCAA Division I track and cross country athlete at the University of Delaware taught me how to balance a demanding athletic schedule with academics. While adjusting to early morning practices, travel, and coursework was challenging at first, I learned strong time management and discipline, which helped me earn a 3.8 GPA. Beyond athletics, I've enjoyed becoming part of the UD community through community service, meeting people from different backgrounds, and taking advantage of everything campus has to offer. My experience has been incredibly rewarding, and it's one of the reasons I'm excited to help prospective students see what makes Delaware such a great place to call home
Tip for future students
Don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. Get involved early, introduce yourself to new people, and ask for help when you need it. Time management is also one of the biggest keys to success using a planner and staying organized made it possible for me to balance Division I athletics with earning a 3.8 GPA. College goes by quickly, so take advantage of every opportunity and enjoy the experience.
Favorite class
One of my favorite classes has been ENTR 253 Individual Leadership because it challenged me to think differently and helped me connect what I was learning in the classroom to real world situations. The professor created an engaging environment, and it was a class I genuinely looked forward to attending.
Career goals
After graduating from the University of Delaware, I plan to attend graduate school to earn my Master's in Social Work. My goal is to become a licensed clinical social worker and eventually work as a licensed counselor, helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal free night is grabbing dinner with friends, staying active by going for a run or working out, and relaxing afterward by watching a movie or sporting event. I also enjoy exploring new places around Newark and spending time with teammates.
High school or secondary school

Favorite spot on campus
My favorite spot on campus is The Green. It's one of the most iconic places at the University of Delaware and always has students studying, relaxing, or spending time with friends. It really captures the welcoming and vibrant campus atmosphere that made me feel at home when I first visited. I love showing it to prospective students because it's a place where you can truly picture yourself as part of the UD community.
