Describe your college experience
Its been a sharp learning curve as a First-Gen student, but the people here at BYU are very kind and social! I try to sit near the front of the class and talk to people before the class starts. There are a lot of resources in the adjustment process as well! I love being in college! BYU is a very pretty and well-maintained campus. The classes are stretching and allow for a lot of growth!
Tip for future students
I wish I knew that there are people who their actual job is to help out students
Favorite class
Physics. The professor was really funny and was a great dedicated teacher. I also enjoyed my writing class because I felt the stretch of growth.
Career goals
I hope to be a construction manager. I hope to create high-quality, good-looking projects for the built environment. I hope to make enough money to support my family and have fun experiences with them.
Ideal way to spend a free night
I'd love to be with some close friends or family and go play some pickleball in the dark and go on a drive. Have some good conversations.
High school or secondary school
Weber High School
Favorite spot on campus
There is a duck pond, surrounded by a lot of landscaping. I love this part of the campus because I can't see any of the buildings. It's an opportunity to slip away without leaving campus.
Meeting point
Joseph F. Smith Building Courtyard on the Brigham Young University campus
