Describe your college experience

I transferred to Cornell from UMass Amherst. It was definitely an adjustment getting used to the academic rigor at Cornell, but I was able to push myself to levels I didn't know I could reach. There are so many things to do here, you'll never be bored! There are tons of people to meet from all types of backgrounds and you'll learn so much both about what you study, but also just life and people in general!

Tip for future students

I would definitely make sure you have good study strategies and find some spots on campus that you feel comfortable in, especially if you live in a dorm! Venture outside of campus on weekends (the atmosphere can be a little stressful, especially during heavy exam periods) and enjoy the nature Ithaca has to offer! Don't be afraid to take random classes, there are so many fun niche classes that you can only take at Cornell.

Favorite class

I loved my Gender and the Brain class with Shelby Dietz. It was so informative and I learned how much we do not understand in terms of gender differences in neuroscience. The seminar-style really suited me as a yapper who likes to discuss interesting topics.

Career goals

I am currently applying to Physical Therapy school, which is not a common thing for Cornell students since we do not have a lot of exercise science-focused classes (that's more of an Ithaca College subject). I also want to finish recording and producing my album!

Ideal way to spend a free night

Cooking dinner/baking and watching a movie with friends while doing crafts! Or just talking until the early hours of the morning.
