Cash - Texas A&M Tour Guide - Senior In Engineering
Howdy! My name is Cash, I am currently a senior at Texas A&M. I am majoring in civil engineering with an emphasis on construction management. I have really enjoyed my time as an Aggie, and going to Station Fest and the games, but I also know how to work hard, I have yet to fail or drop a class (fingers crossed). I have mantained a 3.4 GPA, which is fairly difficult in Civil, so I can give you some good tips and tricks for studying. I love going to Texas A&M, and it's my goal that you will too, I also know the city and all the popular spots very well. Feel free to reach out to me at cusmith@tamu.edu if you have any questions.

Describe your college experience
I have really enjoyed it. You have to have a fine balance of devoted time to studying, healthy habits like working out, and then just good times with you friends. My transition to college was a little rough at first, but once I got out oy my shell, it was a blast!
Tip for future students
Take a tour of the campus first lol! The best advice I can give you is to be out going, both with fellow students and with the professors. The professors will treat you allot better if they view you as a friend rather then just another student.
Favorite class
CVEN 207 This is a sophomore level class for Civil Engineers, I really enjoyed it as it helped me to learn how to communicate better as an engineer.
Career goals
I would ideally love to be a construction manager who helps build people their dream residential homes.
Ideal way to spend a free night
An ideal free night for me would be either going swing dancing with my wife, who I met while here at A&M!, or heading to the gym with a few of my buddies for a great chest workout.
