Hey there! I will be a junior this fall at CU Boulder studying elementary education. Currently, I am a pre-K teacher! Outside of following my teaching passions, I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones and friends' outdoors paddleboarding, hammocking, or inside crafting or looking for a new movie to watch!

I was originally born in Bloomington Illinois, but I moved with my family to Fort Collins, Colorado and have been there ever since!

Describe your college experience

Transferring to a four-year university can feel daunting, but the staff and administration at CU has made me feel nothing but comfortable and included in the process.

Tip for future students

This is a bigger school, so it can feel intimidating to find your people. I advise branching out and talking to a variety of people. Connections, even if brief, can make your experience a lot smoother down the line.

I have not taken a class yet, as me again on August 20th!

Career goals

I hope to jump right into teaching, as I already have experience in the classroom.

Front Range Community College My associates degree in elementary education transferred directly to CU due to the Colorado statewide agreement. This process was about as seamless as it can get.
