Cornell University Student Open To Tours
Hey there! I'm Michael, and I'm a current student at Cornell University studying Public Policy in the Brooks school. I am from New Jersey, and am involved heavily in student life at Cornell. I am a very sociable person, and I love talking and meeting new people. I believe the best tours are direct and straightforward, and my tours will include an authentic and genuine perspective on what life is like here as a student. I am flexible with my scheduling. Let me know a time that works best for you and we will make it happen.

Clubs, organizations & involvement
I am in several clubs at Cornell, including the Private Equity Club, a few consulting clubs, and the Mergers & Acquisitions club. On top of that, I am apart of the entrepreneurship society at Cornell, where I work alongside other student founders to help scale my company. I am also involved in greek life as I am apart of a fraternity, and I am also in a pre-law frat called Phi Alpha Delta. I believe that I am involved and tapped in as socially as I can be at Cornell.

Describe your college experience
My college experience has been very active and social, I have made a lot of friends, tried so many new experiences and learned so much through everyone I've met. I understand how student culture is like here and I wish I could go back and tell freshman year me how fun college would be. Transitioning to college was a little paranoid/scary at first but then I learned and understood how people work and socialize here and from there on everything went perfect.
Tip for future students
To future students, if you feel nervous and scared at first about leaving home far away, just know that Cornell will make you feel like home eventually. There is nothing better than the supportive students and peers at Cornell and you will be fine.
Favorite class
My favorite class so far is probably my Public Policy major required courses, so like anything stemming from National Security Law to Food and Environmental law.
Career goals
I want to go to law school and eventually pursue a career in Corporate Big Law, specifically M&A Law, and go on to start my own practice.
Ideal way to spend a free night
Staying in a cozy dorm and talking with friends until 3 in the morning.

Bergen County Technical School, Teterboro, NJ
