Describe your college experience

My transition to college was very smooth, and I was able to quickly adjust to Rutgers and life in college. So far, I have had a great time with my classes and professors and have found Rutgers to be a incredible place to make connections and get involved.

Tip for future students

Make sure to put yourself out there and be uncomfortable, falling back into comfortable habits is not a great way to become involved and make friends on campus.

Favorite class

Creative Writing; I haven't been able to really sit down and write creatively for a long time, so taking this class and having this outlet of expression was very enjoyable, and it allowed me to stretch a creative muscle I haven't been able to in years.

Career goals

I aspire to go to grad school for English, and possibly use this to either get into publishing or go a step further and attain a PhD to become a professor.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I love to light a candle, make a cup of tea or coffee, and settle in on the couch with to either read a book or watch a movie.

High school or secondary school

Watchung Hills Regional High School

Favorite spot on campus

The benches outside of College Hall on the Cook/Doug campus. This is my favorite place because it is one of the most naturally beautiful places on campus, and it is also very peaceful and the best place on campus to read.
