Describe your college experience
My college experience at Drexel was very enlightening and showed me what I want to do. Transferring to Drexel was a slow start at first, but I knew I wanted to make an impact. I got quickly got involved in what my academic department was doing, campus life, and sports. I took advantage of many opportunities for work and academic growth, such as co-op and work-study, which grew comfort level in the corporate world. I made so many connections and formed countless positive relationships that will stick with me forever.
Tip for future students
Keep an open mind, and don't be afraid to try something new. Whatever it is you're trying to do at Drexel, start early. Don't be afraid to start over as many times as you need to either. Have a plan and go after everything you want to accomplish.
Favorite class
My favorite class was GEO 201, Earth Systems Processes. I learned a substantial amount of information about weather patterns, climate change, ocean anomalies, and complex Earth cycles. I enjoyed it so much, that I had considered changing my major because it opened my eyes up to the challenges Earth's ecosystem faces today.
Career goals
After college I will get a business certificate and commission out of ROTC into the military.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal night is going for a walk downtown, a nice dinner, a movie, and trying a new ice cream flavor.
