We had an incredibly meaningful and memorable experience touring Columbia University with Madoury. Even though we arrived a bit late at the beginning, he was exceptionally patient and immediately made us feel welcomed. He took the time to thoughtfully guide us through nearly every accessible building on campus, giving us a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Columbia. What truly stood out was how detailed and passionate his explanations were. He didn’t just show us the buildings—he brought them to life by sharing insights about the academic environment, classroom experiences, and the unique culture within each space. Walking through the campus, visiting different classrooms, and hearing his perspective made everything feel real and inspiring. The experience had an immediate impact on my daughter. Seeing the campus, the students, and the overall atmosphere—full of energy, focus, and purpose—made her fall in love with Columbia right away. It felt like everything you would hope for in a dream school. He also shared thoughtful insights into student life—how students balance an intense academic workload while still making time to connect with friends and explore New York City. These personal perspectives made the tour far more meaningful than a typical visit. Although the tour was scheduled for about an hour, he generously spent extra time showing us more of the campus and answering all of our questions. To our surprise, he even treated us to a wonderful Columbia lunch, which made the experience even more special and unforgettable. This experience meant so much to us. For my daughter, who is only a high school freshman, it quietly planted a meaningful goal and aspiration for her future. His passion for learning and genuine love for the school deeply inspired us. We are truly grateful for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication. This was far more than just a campus tour—it was an experience we will always remember.

Madoury channels his love for Columbia in this tour. He spared no effort in making sure that we learn as much about Columbia as possible. We were about 10mins late and he was very nice about it. And he was also generous with his time to answer all our questions and showed us the different buildings, libraries and classrooms of this wonderful institution. It was very informative and I highly recommend Madoury if anyone wants to tour Columbia!

Madoury was a fantastic tour guide, he truly went above and beyond. He walked us around the campus showing us the various schools of concentration, churches, libraries, cafeterias/ food stores, bookstore, places around campus to relax like the gaming room, places to study and the three story underground gym. He showed us his dorm, including kitchen area and bathrooms. He even shared information about Columbia's healthcare, emergency medical and mental healthcare services. He shared his own experience of his acceptance at Columbia and the dual programs that he is enrolled in. He also shared the great alumni network and the mentorship that helped him determine one of his majors. He shared his experience in several clubs, campus life and the University's philosophy. His tour motivated our son to want to become part of Columbia and buy a school jersey. This didn't happen at any other University that we visited. Madoury is a wonderful, open and honest person/ tour guide and gave his genuine advice and guidance.

Madoury was a great guide. He answered all my questions, showed me around the college and even took me to eat in one of the dining halls. It also helped that he was a pre-med student, which is what I want to be.
