Hi! I’m a student at The University of Texas at Austin studying psychology. I love being part of the Longhorn community and enjoy meeting new people. I remember how overwhelming choosing a college can feel, so I’m excited to give prospective students and families an honest look at campus life. I can show you academic buildings, student life spots, housing areas, and share my personal experiences at UT to help you get a real feel for what it’s like to be a Longhorn.

Describe your college experience
Transitioning to UT Austin has been exciting and a big change from high school. Living on campus helped me meet a lot of people and get involved in the Longhorn community. I’ve enjoyed exploring campus, finding good study spots, and experiencing everything UT has to offer so far.
Tip for future students
Try to get involved early and don’t be afraid to talk to people in your classes or dorm. Everyone is new and looking to make friends. Also take time to explore campus because there are so many great places to study, eat, and hang out.
Favorite class
My favorite class so far has been my personality psychology class, I enjoy learning about how people think and behave. It’s interesting to see how psychology connects to everyday life and relationships.
Career goals
After college I hope to go to law school and work in the legal field, possibly focusing on family law. I’m interested in how law and psychology work together to support individuals and families.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal free night is going to a Pilates class, getting dinner with friends or going out and exploring Austin. I like balancing staying active, spending time with friends, and enjoying the city.
