Describe your college experience
My transition to TAMU was a bit overwhelming at first, but I quickly found my place. Joining clubs and getting involved in campus activities helped me build a strong community and make great friends. My experience so far has been challenging but incredibly rewarding. I've grown so much academically and personally, and I'm constantly amazed by the passion and spirit of the Aggie community.
Tip for future students
Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Join clubs, attend events, and introduce yourself to people in your classes. The best way to make the most of your college experience is to get involved and build a network. Also, don't forget to take advantage of all the resources TAMU offers, like the tutoring centers, career services, and counseling.
Favorite class
My favorite class has been BIOL 213, my biology class. It's given me hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the concepts we learn in lectures. I've loved being able to conduct experiments and see the scientific process in action. The collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with my classmates have made it a really engaging and fun experience.
Career goals
After graduation, I plan to attend medical school. I'm passionate about a career in medicine and believe my biology degree from Texas A&M is providing me with the strong academic foundation and hands-on experience I'll need to succeed. I'm excited about the path ahead and the opportunity to help people as a future physician.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal free night is all about unwinding with friends. I'd start by grabbing some dinner at Fuego in College Station, or maybe a place we've been wanting to try. After that, we'd head back to someone's place to just relax, watch a movie. It's the perfect way to de-stress from a busy week of classes and labs.
