Describe your college experience

My transition was well. I was able to start off making friends by having a good roommate. From that we were able to expand our group and meet new people.

Tip for future students

I would tell future students too unleash themselves. A lot of incoming students (including me) are often shy and overthink how people will judge them. I would tell them that the first month especially everyone is new and experiencing the same feelings, so that first month is the best time to be open and exit your comfort zone as it will allow you to build your group and find your people before school gets busy. I also would recommend to still be focused on your studies. Your degree is the main reason your here, so maintaining a good GPA is very important and helpful. Networking is also very important and a key tool to find a job after graduation.

Favorite class

My favorite class has been cellular and molecular biology (BS 161) because I’ve very interested in how biological function works on a molecular level.

Career goals

After college I hope to attend grad school. I am currently in school to obtain my BSN degree. I hope to attend CRNA school to become a nurse anesthetics or grad school to become a nurse practitioner.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I would love to spend a night free going to a park and hanging out with my friends. We can play games, paint, or just talk. I love being with people.

Favorite spot on campus

My favorite place on campus has got to be Brody Dining hall. With the great food and nice aesthetics it’s a great place to eat and socialize. I have great memories there.
