Describe your college experience
I moved from a different state so the campus was all new to me when first starting, but I felt comfortable knowing there were so many resources to not only get to know people but make your time worth it here! I met all my friends from joining clubs and making random conversation, college is the opportunity to put yourself out there and that’s what I did! I stayed and have continued to stay involved in campus organizations which makes my college experience even better. I am now off campus but spent 2 years in dorms which is so fun!
Tip for future students
Join all the clubs! It’s so important to get integrated into the campus, you’ll feel like you’re connected with all different people! Talk to academic advisors about your future plans, it will help them create a plan for your schedule over your time here at MSU. Lastly, don’t be afraid to take the extra step of going to office hours with professors or connecting with people, you never know where or what it might lead to!
