Hi I'm Ariel! I'm currently a sophomore here at UCF, majoring in Nursing and minoring in Health Sciences. I'm also Treasurer for this upcoming year's APO (Asian Pre-Health Organization) and was a Health Professions Officer last year. When I'm not working my part time job at UCF Barnes & Noble and Foxtail, you can find me shooting hoops at the UCF Rec, making paper flowers, writing/posting poetry, hanging out with friends around/in campus, or studying in the library! I can't wait to show you around UCF!

Describe your college experience
At first, I found that college was extremely different from my high school. Although I did the IB program in high school, I was unfamiliar with my summer semester, which I was fully online. However, as I transitioned from online to in person, I found it a lot easier and I had so much fun! I met amazing people and discovered campus during my free time.
Tip for future students
Utilize college. Explore different places, go to different study spots on campus, join clubs, compliment others, be free!
Favorite class
My favorite class has to have been my STA2014, last fall. I just love math and this class just clicked for me! In high school, I was in the highest math class so I naturally just felt drawn to math in college!
Career goals
After college, I honestly do not have a clear career I want to do! I find that so many nursing jobs are so interesting and unique, and I find it hard to pick a specific one! I want to become a travel nurse, a pediatric nurse, NICU nurse sounds amazing as well!
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is to go to a late night gym/basketball session (haven't done this in a while!), grab some food, and snuggle up watching a movie while eating and doing a face mask!
