Pre-med senior who loves helping new students feel at home

Hi! I'm Sneha! I'm a Human Biology senior on the pre-med track who remembers exactly what it felt like to be new on campus. Through my past three years, I've learned all the tips and tricks to navigating UCSD. I'd love to help make your transition a little easier by answering questions, showing you around, and sharing some of my favorite spots. Whether you're wondering where to study, eat, or just want someone friendly to chat with, I'm happy to help. Looking forward to meeting you!

Describe your college experience

Being an out of state student I was super scared to move away from home but I met the most amazing people in my classes, joined such cool clubs, and have got to experience so many cool opportunities and explore San Diego to its fullest!

Tip for future students

Work hard and enjoy the little moments. Spend time with your friends, try new things, and don't be too hard on yourself. The years go by faster than you expect, so make memories along the way. UCSD seems really big but once you find your people its so much easier to navigate.

Favorite class

Human Physiology 2, It was super interesting and learning about the pathologies was so fun!

Career goals

I hope to attend medical school!

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal way to spend a free night is hanging out with my friends and exploring San Diego! There are so many viewpoints and food spots to try!

High school or secondary school

Mountain Ridge High School

Favorite spot on campus

My favorite spot on campus is the hammocks on library walk! They're so fun to lay on in the sun :)
