Describe your college experience

I’m from a different country, so there were definitely some cultural adjustments I had to make. After taking time to understand myself, and get used to this environment. I’m a lot happier now, my grades have steadily improved and life in general feels a lot easier

Tip for future students

Take advantage of all on campus amenities and events. You can inadvertently make life changing connections in environments like this. Gyms, Career fair, clubs etc., go to them all.

Favorite class

Racism in American Society- Being a non- American black man, this class gave me some much needed clarity on the intensity of the challenges faced by African Americans, and how the specific nature of these issues formed African American and American identity at large.

Career goals

I hope to compete in professional combat events across multiple disciplines, while operating an online business.

Ideal way to spend a free night

Hanging out with my friends, hitting the gym, then a Publix suh before bed!
