Describe your college experience

As a first-generation college student, it was a bit intimidating at first, but when I got my feet grounded, I was able to enjoy all of my experiences a lot more. I love the fast-paced environment as well as the ability to go above and beyond without being held back.

Tip for future students

I would advise for students to stick to a routine as much as possible. If you can go on auto pilot and not have to worry about when and where you are supposed to be it will make your life a lot easier as showing up is 50% of the battle.

Favorite class

Music Theory as it attempts to explain why music works and is the way it is. It is interesting to see how many ways music can be put together to create new melodies and harmonies.

Career goals

After college I plan to be a professor at a university who also free lances locally.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My ideal night would be with some nice home cooked food with some dessert while playing video games.

Favorite spot on campus

My favorite spot on campus would have to be the field by the music building. Not only can you see some nice architecture around, but you can also see some big trees as well as the clear blue sky.
