Describe your college experience

It was definitely intimidating at first as I was serious about the social aspect, but UCSB is definitely known for being a welcoming community. Other than that I do think they live by the whole “work hard play hard” so I believe that college load is a bit more to handle then high school.

Tip for future students

Definitely talk to as much people as you can the first quarter, and actually go to your classes even if attendance isn’t mandatory. Aswell as check your emails constantly so your not caught off by surprise out of the blue

Favorite class

I would definitely say Korean has been a fun class, especially learning more about the culture aswell. Learning how other cultures languages work is pretty interesting too even if it may come off as difficult to others.

Career goals

I wish to hopefully get an internship in the business field, and also try to learn the logistics of how marketing and advertising works. I pray that I am able to be given the opportunity to hopefully advertise for companies and work my way up of building my own brand.

Ideal way to spend a free night

Get ready to go out into town with friends, then head over to grab some late night cravings, go back to the dorms or house and all rewind with a movie and games!
