Describe your college experience
My transition was difficult being away from home into a new city. After a couple weeks of exploring the city and meeting new people, I quickly found more comfortability being away from home.
Tip for future students
A tip for future students would be to stay organize, it is important to have a planner and calendar since the quarter system passes by quickly! On a personal note, make time to sight see before classes begin and spend time with friends and/or loved ones!
Favorite class
My favorite class has been my experimental class during the fall quarter. It was exciting learning new softwares and exploring my creativity without limits. At the end of the class, students shared a film they created for the final using skills we learned in the course.
Career goals
My career goals include: gaining experience on set productions, working at a film production company, joining the American Society of Cinematographer, and becoming a professor at a university.
Ideal way to spend a free night
My ideal way to spend a free night is leaning towards self-care. Either painting my nails, face masks, watching a comfort show (high potential or abbott elementary), and treating myself to boba.
