Describe your college experience

I have had a fantastic college experience. Freshman year was hard because I was so far from home, but I made the most of it and have no regrets about coming to BC. Every year just got better, and at BC I have developed into a strong and capable individual ready for life.

Tip for future students

Things might be hard at first, but that's okay. Stick with it, and it gets better. It can take a year to really find a solid group of friends, and be okay not being close to home. Be ready for the challenge, and look forward to who you will become on the other side.

Favorite class

Senior Capstone: Becoming a Self. In this class, me and about a dozen other students met in this small study room in the corner of Bapst Library. We met on Thursday nights, where our professor would come in, make some tea, and open up the table to dialogue. We would have readings that spurred fantastic conversations. We truly got to know each other, and all just worked towards clarifying out direction for our lives upon graduation. The professor was amazing, and every student was truly bought in. We would have potlucks as well, and the class got so close that we still hold reunions to this day.

Career goals

I am currently pursuing a commission through Air Force ROTC. Once I finish my masters degree, I will commission into the Air Force in May of 2027. I am training to enter the Pararescue pipeline as a Combat Rescue Officer. In this careerfield, I will lead life-saving combat search-and-rescue operations in hostile environments to bring people home safely.

Ideal way to spend a free night

I enjoy eating good food, watching a movie, and spending time time loved ones.
