Involved Biology Major, that knows the ins and outs for great studying spots.
Hi! I’m Lucy, an MSU student who somehow manages to be involved in way too many organizations while still finding time for everything else. I’m a huge fan of sports, staying active, and convincing myself that one more gym session or spin class is always a good idea. I’m originally from Ann Arbor, so yes, I chose to go to Michigan State despite being raised in enemy territory... I promise I’m doing just fine. You’ll usually find me at the gym, at a spin class, running around campus for one organization or another, or probably talking about how much I love being a Spartan!

Describe your college experience
My transition to college was as good as it could've been. I got extremely lucky with having amazing roommates and peers to work alongside in class. I've absolutely loved Michigan State University and I wouldn't trade my experience for the world.
Tip for future students
Get involved as much as possible, I've gotten so many amazing opportunities to meet new people and create memories by joining different clubs and organizations.
Favorite class
Human Biology 295, I got the opportunity to learn all about Type 2 Diabetes and how the human body is heavily affected by nutrition and exercise.
Career goals
Attend either med or grad school and continue with my education journey.
Ideal way to spend a free night
Trip to the dairy store followed by a movie night with my roommates. Ideally a new episode of Dancing With The Stars.
High school or secondary school
Skyline High School
Favorite spot on campus
My favorite spot on campus is Akers Dining Hall because that's where I have "family dinner" with my roommates everyday. We have such amazing memories from spending dinners together and being able to chat about anything.
Meeting point
Beaumont Tower
