Hi! My name is Adanna, and I’m a junior at Rutgers University majoring in Political Science with a minor in Italian. I’m bilingual, and I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them. Outside of school, I love cooking healthy meals, working out, hanging out with my friends, watching movies, and especially traveling and experiencing new places. I’m always excited to learn about different cultures and hear about other people’s experiences. Describe your college experience

I have loved Rutgers and have found myself over the past years. Each year I learn more about myself and it’s not all butterflies and rainbows which is why it’s a journey because I am learning as I go along. It’s great because there is a crowd for everyone and something to do based on what you individually enjoy which makes it very inclusive and accommodating.

Tip for future students

It’s easier said than done but everyone has to individually find what best works for them. This is intending to have patience within yourself and ask for help because there are so many resources available.

Favorite class

Law and politics because it pushed me and made me work hard academically and truly showed me what I wanted to pursue as a career

Career goals

I hope to go to law school and become a corporate lawyer specializing in fashion law.

Ideal way to spend a free night

My perfect free night includes getting a good meal and watching a good show while enjoying the company of my friends and perhaps baking desert.
