Howdy! I'm Ava, a Computer Science major here at Hofstra. I say I'm from Texas but really I've lived in Asia most of my life, moving countries every 3 years or so. I know how hard it can be going to a new place where you don't know anybody, that's why I'm here to make you feel welcomed and give you an unforgettable experience at Hofstra University. You can find me around campus often reading in the hammocks or waiting in line at the Starbucks. My hobbies include reading, listening to music, and making crafts. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and spending my money on things I do not need. I’m excited to show you around this lovely campus, pointing out the large squirrels and beautiful butterflies. It was pretty easy. My classes are relatively small so it wasn't super overwhelming which I think is good.

It's okay to eat alone but don't just sit there on your phone.
