University of Texas
Hi! My name is Yasmin, I'm currently a sophomore at UT Austin.
Hello! I am a double major in Government & History with a minor in Philosophy. Outside of school I have been involved in a Political Campaign as an Intern. I am also a member of a Pre-law org here on campus. I am so excited to help you in your transition to college whether that'd be the transfer process or the direct high school to college pipeline.

Describe your college experience
I was a CAP student so I'm about to finish my first year at UT Austin. The transition was extremely smooth and fun for me so I hope to make your experience the same (or even better!).
Tip for future students
Come into college with an OPEN mind, be ready to be busy, it can be overwhelming so know when you need a break. FOCUS ON YOUR ACADEMICS, at a school as huge as UT Austin there's so much benefits attached to having a good GPA.
